Discovery call (30 minutes)
A short conversation where we dig into the problem, the current workaround, and what success looks like. No slides, no sales pitch. If we are not a fit, we will tell you.
How we engage
Every engagement runs the same four steps, and every rung of the ladder is fixed-price. Here is exactly what happens after you reach out, and what each stage costs.
01 - What to expect after you reach out
A short conversation where we dig into the problem, the current workaround, and what success looks like. No slides, no sales pitch. If we are not a fit, we will tell you.
Within two business days you get a written next step: either a scoped advisory engagement, or - when the problem is already clear - a scope covering features, architecture, timeline, and fixed pricing. You can take it to your team, your board, or your grant administrator.
Once the scope is signed, the repository, CI, and staging environment go up on day one. You get a preview link within 48 hours and daily async updates throughout the sprint.
At the end of the engagement you receive the production deployment, the source repository, credentials, an operations runbook, and a demo walkthrough. Most clients continue on a monthly care plan so the system keeps improving.
02 - Pricing ladder
Start with advice, prove it with a pilot, scale what works, and keep it improving. Every rung is fixed-price and ends with something running in production.
If you are a Singapore SME, an IMDA grant may cover a meaningful portion of the engagement. We are happy to help you think through eligibility during the scoping call.
