How we work with clients
NexSprint is a Singapore-based software agency that ships enterprise-grade applications in compressed timelines. We do this by orchestrating a team of AI agents — each specialised for a role like architecture, frontend, backend, QA, or DevOps — alongside a human operator who owns the engagement from discovery to delivery.
The practical effect is that a typical scope that takes a traditional five-person agency eight to twelve weeks lands with us in one to two sprints. We are not a no-code shop. Everything we ship is real code — Next.js, Python, TypeScript, Cloudflare infrastructure — and you own the repository at the end of the engagement.
We focus on three service lines. Sprint Build is a fixed-scope web application or dashboard delivered in a one to two week cycle. Workflow Automation replaces a manual, repetitive process — report consolidation, document generation, data pipelines — with an AI-driven workflow. AI Integration adds targeted AI capabilities to an existing system, such as document processing, intelligent search, or domain-specific chat.
If you are a Singapore SME, an IMDA grant may cover a meaningful portion of the engagement. We are happy to help you think through eligibility during the scoping call.
What to expect after you reach out
1. Discovery call (30 minutes)
A short conversation where we dig into the problem, the current workaround, and what success looks like. No slides, no sales pitch. If we are not a fit, we will tell you.
2. Scoping document
Within two business days we send a written scope covering features, a proposed architecture, delivery timeline, and fixed pricing. You can take it to your team, your board, or your grant administrator.
3. Sprint kickoff
Once the scope is signed, we set up the repository, CI, and staging environment on day one. You get a preview link within 48 hours and daily async updates throughout the sprint.
4. Handover
At the end of the engagement you receive the production deployment, the source repository, credentials, a short operations runbook, and a demo walkthrough. Optional ongoing support is available at a monthly retainer.
Common enquiries
What does a typical engagement cost?
Sprint Build engagements run S$15,000 to S$30,000 depending on scope. Workflow Automation projects are S$8,000 to S$15,000. AI Integration work is S$10,000 to S$20,000. Every engagement is fixed-price — no hourly meters, no surprise invoices.
How fast can you start?
Discovery and scoping normally take three to five business days. Once the scope is signed, kickoff is usually within a week. For urgent requests we can sometimes compress this — mention your timeline in your first email.
What is the tech stack?
We default to Next.js and React for frontends, Node.js or Python for backends, Cloudflare Workers, Pages, R2, and D1 for infrastructure, and Postgres or Supabase when the data model calls for it. AI work typically uses the Claude and OpenAI APIs. If your team has a preferred stack, we adapt.
Who owns the code?
You do. At the end of every engagement you receive the full source repository under your organisation. There are no hidden licences, no platform lock-in, and no ongoing royalties on work we deliver.
