Service · Care plan

Software that keeps getting better after handover.

Most systems are best on launch day and decay from there. A Care Plan inverts that: monitoring, fixes, and a steady stream of monthly improvements, with a standing line to the project director. It is how our longest-running client systems work today - one has shipped improvements every month since launch.

What’s included

Every engagement ships these.

Monitoring and upkeep

Uptime, errors, and data health watched continuously. Problems get fixed before your team files a ticket - often before they notice.

Monthly improvements

A steady cadence of enhancements: refinements your team asks for, plus improvements we propose from watching the system run.

A monthly report in plain language

What changed, what it moved, what is queued next. Numbers first, no jargon.

A standing advisory line

New process worth automating? A tool decision? You already have someone who knows your stack and your business. Ask before you buy.

Priority response

Care Plan clients jump the queue. Breakage is handled same-day, Singapore hours.

No lock-in

The system is yours - IP was assigned at handover. Pause or cancel any month and everything keeps running as-is.

How the sprint works

Human-led, agent-built, iterating fast.

A Care Plan is a small standing engagement, not a helpdesk ticket queue. Each month the project director reviews how the system performed, the agent team ships the agreed improvements, and you get a plain-language report of what changed and what it moved. Requests go straight to the person who built it.

Week 1 · Baseline

Baseline and backlog

We agree what "healthy" looks like for the system - the numbers to watch - and seed an improvement backlog from your team's wish list plus our handover notes.

Monthly · Ship

Improve and report

Each month the agreed improvements ship and you get the report: what changed, what it moved, what is next. Small, steady, compounding.

Quarterly · Review

Step back and re-rank

Every quarter we look at the bigger picture: is the backlog still ranked right, has the business changed, is there a new automation worth a scoped sprint?

Who it’s for

A good fit if…

  • Teams that shipped a system - with us or elsewhere - and do not want to hire to keep it healthy.
  • Clients coming off a sprint who want the momentum to continue instead of ending at handover.
  • Owners of a managed service (SEO, reporting, monitoring) where the value is in the running, not the building.
  • Businesses that want an AI advisor on call without a consulting retainer's price tag.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

What does S$500/month actually buy?

The base plan: monitoring, upkeep, priority response, the monthly report, and a modest improvement allowance. Systems with heavier change volume are scoped higher - agreed up front, flat per month, no meter.

Do you take on systems you did not build?

Case by case. We start with a short paid assessment of the codebase and infrastructure; if we can stand behind it, we take it on. If not, we tell you what would need fixing first.

What is the difference between a Care Plan and a support contract?

A support contract keeps the lights on. A Care Plan ships improvements every month and comes with standing advice on what to automate next. One is insurance; this is compounding.

Can we stop and restart?

Yes. Pause or cancel any month - the system is yours and keeps running. Restarting later just means a short re-baseline.

Your turn

Start with an audit, not a contract.

We start with a short scoping call, agree on the KPI, and quote a fixed sprint. If we miss the number we agreed on, you don’t pay for it.
