Do I get more tools as they launch?
Yes. As NexSprint builds more products, they will be added to the membership at no extra cost for existing members. Your price is locked at the rate you signed up at.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — you can switch plans at any time via your Stripe customer portal. Changes prorate automatically. The annual plan is framed as 3 months free versus paying monthly, so switching to annual is the biggest saving most members make.
Is there a free trial?
A free tier is available with shorter uploads, basic transcription, and watermarked exports — enough to judge accuracy before you commit. You can upgrade to Pro from inside your account at any time.
What happens if I transcribe a lot in one month?
There is no hard monthly cap on transcription minutes for Pro members. Individual uploads are limited to 200 MB each, but you can submit as many uploads as you need across the billing period.
Can I use NexScribe offline?
No. NexScribe is a hosted web application — your audio is processed in the cloud and the transcript is stored in your account. An internet connection is required to upload files and access your transcripts.
How do I cancel?
From your account page on NexScribe, open the Stripe customer portal and click cancel. You can cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens at renewal?
Your subscription auto-renews at the same price you signed up at, unless you cancel in advance.
