Add AI to the system you already have.

AI Integration adds AI capabilities to your existing product or platform — chatbots and assistants over your own data, document processing and extraction, intelligent search, and classification. Built on Claude and OpenAI with proper guardrails, running on your infrastructure. No rebuild.

What’s included

Every engagement ships these.

Chatbots and assistants over your data

A conversational assistant grounded in your own content — docs, catalogue, knowledge base — so it answers from what you know, with sources, not from the open internet.

Document processing and extraction

Turn PDFs, forms, and emails into structured data automatically — pulling the fields you care about out of messy documents so people stop re-keying them.

Intelligent search

Semantic search that understands intent, not just keywords, so users find the right record, product, or passage even when they don't know the exact term.

Classification and routing

Automatically tag, sort, and route incoming items — tickets, enquiries, documents — so the right thing reaches the right place without a person triaging every one.

Guardrails and grounding

Answers grounded in your data, with input and output checks, scope limits, and optional human approval — so the feature behaves and doesn't hallucinate its way into trouble.

Runs on your infrastructure

Built on Claude or OpenAI as fits the task, deployed on your own infrastructure, with IP assigned to you and no lock-in to a single model provider.

How the sprint works

Human-led, agent-built, iterating fast.

You already have a working system. AI Integration slots new capabilities into it — through its API, database, or content — in a 2-4 week sprint. A senior lead scopes the feature and the guardrails; an AI agent team builds and tests it against your real data.

Week 0 · Audit

Scope the feature against your system

We audit the system as it stands — its API, data, and where the AI feature will live — and pin down exactly what the feature should do and how you'll know it works. That becomes a fixed scope, timeline, and SGD price.

Days 1-3 · Design

Choose the model and design the guardrails

The delivery lead picks the model per task (Claude or OpenAI), decides how the feature is grounded in your data, and designs the guardrails and any human approval steps — before the build starts.

Week 1-3 · Build

Build and evaluate on your real data

AI agents build the integration and a QA pass evaluates it against your real inputs and edge cases — checking accuracy, sourcing, and behaviour under bad input, not just the happy path.

Final days · Ship

Integrate, deploy, hand over

The feature is wired into your system, deployed on your infrastructure, and handed over with source and documentation. You can extend it or take it in-house from there.

Who it’s for

A good fit if…

  • Companies with an existing product or platform that want AI features without tearing it down and rebuilding.
  • Teams drowning in documents — forms, PDFs, emails — who want the data pulled out and structured automatically.
  • Product owners whose users keep asking questions your team answers by hand, and who want an assistant grounded in the real answers.
  • Businesses whose search or triage is keyword-brittle or manual, and who want it to understand intent instead.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Do you have to rebuild my system to add AI?

No — that is the whole point. AI Integration adds capabilities to the system you already run, connecting through its API, database, or content without a rewrite. If a rebuild genuinely is the better path we'll say so, but the default is to add AI features to what you have.

Which AI models do you build on?

Claude and OpenAI, chosen per task. We are not tied to one provider — we pick the model that fits the job and the budget, and we design the integration so the model can be swapped later without reworking everything around it.

What guardrails keep the AI from going wrong?

Features are grounded in your own data so answers are sourced rather than invented, and we add input and output checks, scope limits, and — where it matters — a human approval step. During scoping we agree what the feature must never do, and build the checks to enforce it.

Where does my data go?

It runs on your infrastructure. The integration is built PDPA-compliant, hosted in Singapore unless you specify otherwise, and IP is assigned to you on delivery. You keep control of your data and the code.

Your turn

Start with an audit, not a contract.

We start with a short scoping call, agree on the KPI, and quote a fixed sprint. If we miss the number we agreed on, you don’t pay for it.
