Service · Sprint build

A production application, shipped in a 2-4 week sprint.

Sprint Build takes a scoped idea to live software in one 2-4 week sprint. Web apps, dashboards, internal tools, and client portals — with real auth, real integrations, and real analytics, not a clickable mockup.

What’s included

Every engagement ships these.

A working application, in production

Not a prototype. A deployed web app, dashboard, internal tool, or client portal that your team can log into and use on day one, hosted and live.

Multi-role authentication

Real accounts, roles, and permissions. Admins, staff, and customers each see what they should — with role-based access enforced server-side.

Third-party integrations

Connections to the systems you already run — payment, email, spreadsheets, CRMs, or internal APIs — so the app fits your workflow instead of adding another silo.

Analytics and reporting

Dashboards and exports that turn your data into decisions: usage, throughput, and the numbers your team currently pulls together by hand.

A senior human delivery lead

One accountable person who scopes the work, runs the sprint, and answers to you — supported by an AI agent team covering architecture, build, and QA.

Handover and source code

You receive the running application, the full source, and a handover. IP is assigned to you; there is no lock-in.

How the sprint works

Human-led, agent-built, iterating fast.

A Sprint Build is human-led and agent-built. A senior delivery lead owns the scope, the architecture, and the relationship with you. Underneath, an orchestrated team of AI agents handles design, build, and quality review in parallel — which is why a scoped application reaches production in weeks, not quarters.

Week 0 · Audit

Scoping call and fixed scope

We start with a short audit call to understand the workflow you want to replace and the outcome that matters. We turn that into a fixed scope, a fixed timeline, and a fixed SGD price before any code is written — so there are no surprises mid-sprint.

Days 1-3 · Architecture

Design and architecture

The delivery lead and the architecture agent settle the data model, the auth model, the integrations, and the screens. You see the shape of the app early, while it is still cheap to change.

Week 1-3 · Build

Parallel build with weekly checkpoints

AI agents build the frontend, backend, and integrations in parallel while a QA pass runs against each release. You get a working link at every checkpoint and steer the build as it takes shape, rather than waiting for a big-bang reveal.

Final days · Ship

QA, deploy, and handover

A final quality pass, deployment to production on Cloudflare's edge, and a handover of the running app plus source. From here you can extend it with a follow-on sprint or take it in-house.

Who it’s for

A good fit if…

  • SMEs and startups that need production software fast — an MVP, an internal tool, or a customer-facing portal — without hiring a full dev team.
  • Teams replacing spreadsheets or manual workflows with a real application that enforces the rules the spreadsheet only hoped for.
  • Founders who need something real in front of customers or investors in weeks, and who care that it is genuinely built, not just designed.
  • Operations leads sitting on a process that works but does not scale, and who want it turned into software before the next growth push.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How can a full application be built in 2-4 weeks?

A human senior delivery lead orchestrates a team of AI agents that work in parallel — one on architecture, others on the build, another on QA. Work that would queue up sequentially in a traditional team runs concurrently, so a scoped application reaches production in a 2-4 week sprint instead of several months. The scope is fixed up front, which is what keeps the timeline honest.

What counts as one Sprint Build?

One clearly scoped application — a web app, dashboard, internal tool, or client portal — with the auth, integrations, and analytics agreed before we start. If your idea is larger than a single sprint, we break it into a first sprint that ships a usable core, then extend it in follow-on sprints.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. All intellectual property is assigned to you on delivery, and you receive the full source. Applications are built PDPA-compliant and hosted in Singapore on Cloudflare's edge network unless you specify otherwise. There is no lock-in.

What if the result does not hit the mark?

We agree on the KPI and the acceptance criteria before the sprint. Pilot sprints are available on a success-or-refund basis — if we miss the number we agreed on, you don't pay for it. That is only possible because scope is fixed and small enough to be honest about.
