Know what to automate before you spend a dollar building.

Advisory is a fixed-fee AI Readiness Assessment. We map your processes, data, and tools, rank the automation candidates by hours saved and dollars returned, and hand you a written roadmap plus a scoped first build. Take it to us, to your board, or to another builder - it stands on its own.

What’s included

Every engagement ships these.

A ranked automation roadmap

Every candidate process scored by hours saved, dollars returned, and build effort - so the order of work is an evidence call, not a hunch.

A process and data review

Where the hours actually go: the reports pulled by hand, the reconciliations, the chases. Plus an honest read on whether your data can support each automation today.

A scoped first build

The top item turned into a written scope: features, timeline, fixed SGD price, and the KPI it will be measured on. Ready to sign or shop around.

A build-vs-buy call on each item

Not everything deserves custom software. Where an off-the-shelf tool wins, the roadmap says so.

A senior human lead

The assessment is run and signed off by a project director with 10+ years of enterprise delivery - supported by an AI agent team doing the analysis underneath.

A readout session

A working session to walk the roadmap, challenge the ranking, and decide the first move. Questions answered in plain language, not vendor-speak.

How the sprint works

Human-led, agent-built, iterating fast.

Advisory is deliberately small and deliberately useful. A project director runs the sessions and writes the recommendations; the agent team does the legwork underneath - process mapping, data review, and feasibility checks - so two weeks of advisory covers ground a traditional discovery phase spends two months on.

Day 1-2 · Intake

Audit and intake

We start from the free async audit if you have done one, or run it now: a short intake on where hours are leaking, plus access to the reports and tools involved. No workshops, no all-day meetings.

Week 1 · Mapping

Process and data mapping

We map the candidate processes end to end and check what your data can support. Each candidate gets scored: hours saved per month, dollars behind them, and how hard it is to build.

Week 2 · Roadmap

Roadmap and first scope

You get the written assessment: the ranked roadmap, the build-vs-buy calls, and a fixed-price scope for the top item. Everything is written to survive being forwarded.

Final day · Readout

Readout and decision

We walk the roadmap together and you decide the first move. If you book a sprint within 60 days, the advisory fee is credited in full.

Who it’s for

A good fit if…

  • SME owners and operations leads who know AI should be saving them time but have no ranked list of where to start.
  • Teams that have been quoted big transformation numbers and want an independent, evidence-based second opinion first.
  • Businesses preparing a grant application or budget case that needs a written scope and defensible numbers behind it.
  • Anyone who wants the plan without committing to the build - the roadmap is yours either way.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Is this a sales exercise for your own sprints?

No. The roadmap includes build-vs-buy calls, and where an off-the-shelf tool wins we say so. The fee-credit only applies if a sprint is genuinely the right next step and you choose to take it with us.

What do we need to prepare?

Very little. A short intake, a contact who knows where the hours go, and read access to the reports or tools involved. We do the mapping; you keep running the business.

What if the assessment finds nothing worth automating?

Then the roadmap says exactly that, with the reasons - usually data that is not ready, or processes still changing too fast to automate. That answer is worth having before spending five figures, not after.

Can we take the roadmap to another builder?

Yes. The assessment is written to stand alone: scopes, rankings, and numbers a competent team can execute. No lock-in, no dependency on us.

Your turn

Start with an audit, not a contract.

We start with a short scoping call, agree on the KPI, and quote a fixed sprint. If we miss the number we agreed on, you don’t pay for it.
